Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Laboratory Technician opportunity with a community hospital near Gardner, Massachusetts. Permanent and full-time direct hire This is a night-shift generalist role offering a schedule that s hard to beat: Four 10-hour shifts per week 8:15 PM 6:15 AM Three days off each week Rotating weekend and holiday coverage Requirements include: AS/BS degree in related field ASCP, AAB, AMT, HEW, or another applicable registration Ability to work as a generalist across multiple areas of the clinical laboratory The position offers competitive compensation, a night-shift differential, generous earned time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
