Job Description

Senior Laboratory Technologist opportunity Contract-to-hire Onsite in Norwood, MA This position is focused on supporting advanced laboratory and research programs through hands-on work with electromechanical systems, instrumentation, testing equipment, and custom experimental setups. The team is looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, building and modifying fixtures, supporting test activities, and collaborating closely with scientists and engineers. Key areas of the role include: Designing, assembling, and maintaining laboratory equipment and test setups Electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting Calibration and instrumentation support Data acquisition and testing activities Custom fixture and prototype development Supporting safe and efficient laboratory operations The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory, testing, R D, engineering support, instrumentation, calibration, or electromechanical environments.
