Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures to support accurate diagnosis, treatment, and research activities. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical laboratory techniques, laboratory management, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in various diagnostic assays, data management, and laboratory equipment operation, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and research outcomes. Duties Conduct a variety of laboratory tests including clinical chemistry, microbiology, hematology, immunoassays, and molecular diagnostics such as

PCR, RNA

extraction, DNA isolation, and flow cytometry. Manage laboratory data accurately using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIS) and ensure proper documentation of test results. Perform specimen collection and processing procedures such as venipuncture, blood sampling, and blood banking activities adhering to aseptic techniques. Implement laboratory quality control protocols to maintain accuracy and reliability of test results in compliance with CLIA regulations. Operate and maintain medical laboratory equipment including analyzers used for ELISA, cytometry, and other diagnostic assays. Interpret diagnostic test results accurately for clinical relevance and communicate findings effectively to healthcare providers. Support laboratory management tasks such as inventory control, equipment calibration, and adherence to safety standards. Assist in clinical trials or research laboratory projects by executing specialized assays and analyzing experimental data. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, physiology knowledge requirements, and medical terminology standards during all procedures. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with advancements in laboratory techniques and regulatory requirements.
