Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Job Description

We are seeking a fast, accurate, and motivated Medical Technologist- MT or MLT to join our high-volume, fast-paced clinic. You will process complex biological samples to deliver critical diagnostic data. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives under pressure. Key Responsibilities Perform Tests:
Execute low-to-high complexity routine and specialized laboratory tests.
Process Samples:
Collect, log, and prepare blood, tissue, and fluid samples efficiently.
Ensure Quality:
Run daily quality controls and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Analyze Data:
Review and verify test results for accuracy before entering them into the LIS.
Maintain Speed:
Maintain high throughput while strictly adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot Issues:
Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions or specimen errors quickly.
Qualifications & Skills Education:
Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related science.
Certification:
ASCP, AMT, or equivalent MLT certification required.
Speed & Accuracy:
Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads without compromising quality.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and automated analyzers.
