1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist with 2+ years of sleep study experience for a night shift assignment in an adult sleep study unit. Details Acute care adult sleep study unit with 10 beds Performs diagnostic polysomnographic studies, titration studies, multiple sleep latency tests, and maintenance of wakefulness tests Uses EPIC for charting and Natus software for sleep studies 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, primarily Sunday-Monday-Tuesday with some variation based on need Weekend requirement includes Sunday nights Unit is closed on major holidays such as Thanksgiving night, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day; otherwise open for other holidays falling on scheduled shifts No call requirement No floating to other units or departments Requirements Minimum 2 years of sleep study/polysomnography experience Current BLS certification (AHA) RPSGT certification via BRPT required; CPSGT or AASM registration will also be considered ND state license required, or willingness to obtain prior to start License required if applicable
