Shift:
Full-Time, Third Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Excellent Pay Package (will be sent upon receiving resume) Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) to join a high-volume laboratory in Buffalo, NY. This is a third-shift generalist position supporting one of the busiest laboratory sites in the region. The ideal candidate will have strong generalist laboratory skills and be comfortable working independently during overnight hours. Candidates with Blood Bank experience are highly preferred , but qualified core laboratory candidates will also be considered. Responsibilities Perform testing across multiple laboratory disciplines as a Generalist Analyze and report accurate laboratory results in a timely manner Utilize Epic , Beaker laboratory information systems Maintain quality control and adhere to all laboratory policies and regulatory standards Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient overnight operations Support patient care by providing accurate and reliable laboratory testing Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field Current certification as MLT (ASCP) or MLS/MT (ASCP) (or equivalent) preferred Previous clinical laboratory experience as a Generalist Blood Bank experience preferred , but not required Experience with Epic/Beaker preferred
Schedule Third Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Rotating weekends
Pay:
$60.00 - $68.00 per hour
