A Clinical Laboratory Scientist analyzes samples of body fluids, tissues, and other substances for diagnostic and research purposes within a medical laboratory or healthcare facility. Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Looks for bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms, tests for drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.

Compensation Range:
$35.35 - $47.72 _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of laboratory leadership and with the ability to work independently, provides specialized testing and support for the laboratory section.
SCHEDULE
- + Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- + Prepares and analyzes patient samples using current, moderately complex laboratory methods/instrumentation.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- + Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field required + Or equivalent combination of education and experience
