Job Description

Category Laboratory - Medical Technologist Job Type Contract Seeking experienced medical laboratory professionals to support high-quality diagnostic services in a busy clinical setting. This contract role is perfect for individuals with a background as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT), interested in a dynamic generalist position. Current opportunities include one day shift and two night shift placements.

Desired Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Broad experience as a generalist across core lab disciplines Proficiency in conducting and interpreting routine and complex laboratory analyses Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and perform quality control procedures
COVID-19
vaccination required Residency more than 50 miles from the facility
Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and analyze client samples in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, immunology, and other laboratory areas Operate and maintain a variety of laboratory instruments and analyzers Ensure quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards Accurately document and report all laboratory results using the laboratory information system Collaborate closely with clinicians and laboratory colleagues to deliver timely, accurate diagnostic information Participate in continuing education and training initiatives to keep skills current This assignment provides the chance to work alongside a committed team dedicated to reliable, responsive patient testing in a well-equipped environment.
