Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Thursday, 9:00 pm 7:00 am As a Medical Technologist on assignment here, youll work alongside skilled professionals and utilize advanced tools like Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics chemistry analyzers within a Cerner Millennium system. Youll make an impact in the lab and broaden your expertise with procedures critical to patient care, especially in Blood Bank screening.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting Registered Laboratory Technician (ASCP or AMT) Experience with Cerner Millennium laboratory information system Skilled in Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics chemistry analyzers Blood Bank experience is required American Heart Association BLS certification Phlebotomy skills preferred, but not required Ability to wear solid color (preferably Hunter Green) scrubs; no
Maroon or Royal Blue Responsibilities:
Perform clinical laboratory testing and quality control procedures Ensure accurate and timely processing of specimens for chemistry, hematology, and immunology Participate in Blood Bank operations and support patient safety initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot instrumentation Maintain stringent records compliant with regulatory standards
