Schedule:

3x12-hour shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Days)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing across all major laboratory disciplines as a seasoned Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician. Conduct phlebotomy procedures with precision and care. Manage and analyze samples using Roche cobas Pro/Pure for chemistry. Provide strong support in Blood Bank operations. Operate within a Laboratory Information System (LIS) environment—specifically Cerner. Maintain rigorous safety and quality control standards in all testing and reporting processes.

Desired Qualifications:

ASCP certification required (no AMT). Proven experience as a generalist in a clinical laboratory setting. Demonstrated skill with Roche cobas Pro/Pure chemistry analyzers. Strong background in Blood Bank procedures. Familiarity with Cerner LIS. Proficient in phlebotomy. Must reside at least 50 miles outside the local area.
