Job Description
Registered Sleep Technologist licensed in Tennessee. PRN position available. Hours are 8:00PM-7:00AM
- Collect, analyze and integrate patient information in order to identify and meet the patient-specific needs and to determine final testing parameters/procedures in conjunction with the ordering physician or clinical director and laboratory protocols.
- Explain pre-testing, testing, and post-testing procedures to the patient.
- Follow procedural protocols to ensure collection of appropriate data.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide age specific care in the treatment, assessment, and education of adult, and geriatric patients.
- Perform routine equipment care and maintenance.
- Respond to study participant's procedural-related inquiries by providing appropriate information.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex situations and apply policy.
- Comply with the company and professional association's Standards of Conduct
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
