extraction, DNA isolation, and flow cytometry. Manage laboratory data efficiently using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIS) and ensure accurate documentation of test results. Perform specimen collection and processing procedures including venipuncture, blood sampling, and specimen handling following strict aseptic techniques. Implement laboratory quality control protocols to maintain compliance with CLIA regulations and hospital standards. Operate and maintain medical laboratory equipment such as blood analyzers, microscopes, centrifuges, and diagnostic instruments while troubleshooting technical issues promptly. Interpret diagnostic test results accurately for clinical relevance and communicate findings clearly to healthcare providers. Support laboratory management activities including inventory control, equipment calibration, and adherence to safety protocols in accordance with physiology knowledge and medical terminology. Experience Proven experience in a clinical laboratory setting with a strong background in medical laboratory work including blood, microbiology testing, hematology, or clinical chemistry. Hands-on expertise with laboratory techniques such as ELISA assays, PCR amplification, flow cytometry analysis, immunoassays, and specimen processing procedures. Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Laboratory Management Systems (LMS) for data entry and report generation. Knowledge of CLIA regulations governing laboratory operations and quality assurance practices to ensure compliance.
