•$2,200 Weekly (40 Hours) We are seeking an experienced Blood Bank Supervisor to lead Transfusion Services operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance expertise, and extensive Blood Bank experience.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of Blood Bank/Transfusion Services experience 5+ years of supervisory or lead experience in the Blood Bank department Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, AABB, TJC) MLS Certification (ASCP, AMT, AAB, or HEW/HHS) required SBB (Specialist in Blood Banking) preferred Experience with EPIC Beaker, SoftBank, and Ortho Vision preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
