Qualifications Education, Certification & Licensure Pathway I Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Medical (or Clinical) Laboratory Science ASCP Certification Eligible Preferred ASCP Certification AMT Certification Pathway II Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or related field (equivalency required or foreign education) NAACLS Accredited Program ASCP Certification Eligible Preferred ASCP Certification AMT Certification Pathway III Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent U.S. Military Medical Laboratory Training Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or related field (equivalency required for foreign education) ASCP Certification Eligible Preferred ASCP Certification AMT Certification Pathway IV Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or related field (equivalency required for foreign education) ASCP Certification Eligible ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification
Experience:
