Responsibilities Perform clinical testing in blood bank, chemistry, serology, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, special chemistry and microbiology. Obtain or receive specimens adhering to chain of custody standards Perform laboratory testing according to established procedures Perform and evaluate quality control on a daily basis Perform preventative maintenance on instrumentation and interpret results as to accuracy Oversee MLT and Lab Assistants Requirements Graduation from an accredited school of Medical Technology ASCP Certification as Medical Technologist or equivalency Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and use good judgment Strong communication skills Ability to maintain flexibility and composure in a demanding environment Ability to stand for long periods of time Rewards Competitive wages Health & Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Retirement Paid Time Off Long Term Illness Leave Discounts Please Note All positions are subject to close without notice.
