Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Looks for bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms, tests for drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.

Medical Technologist - Varied Shift Join a team where your experience matters. We are seeking a Medical Technologist to join a growing hospital laboratory on a varied shift. Responsibilities Follow standardized laboratory procedures and prepare patient specimens for testing. Collect and analyze blood, body fluids, and other specimens for abnormalities. Perform blood bank testing and support transfusion services as needed. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation safely and accurately. Analyze and verify test results, ensuring accuracy and reporting critical values according to laboratory policies. Perform automated testing using computerized laboratory equipment. Conduct quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure reliable results. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and continuing education. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all laboratory regulations and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related laboratory science. 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:
