About the Job Trio Health Partners is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist - Advanced Practice & Post-Acute Care to join our Clinical Education & Quality team. This role supports the Director of Clinical Education in developing and delivering clinical education programs for Nurse Practitioners and facility nursing teams (RNs, LPNs, and CNAs) across our skilled nursing facility network. You'll play a key role in new-hire onboarding, provider development, competency assessment, and quality improvement — translating complex clinical concepts into practical, real-world education for post-acute and long-term care settings. This is a multi-site role requiring regular travel to skilled nursing facilities and network locations across Illinois, including occasional overnight travel outside the primary geographic area. Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$130,000-$140,000, plus 65% of any billed services (as applicable) Mileage Reimbursement Healthcare & 401(k) benefits
