Job Description
- participate in the development of client work options
- Engage clients in vocational activities that are adapted, meaningful and therapeutic
- Provide individualized support and direction to assist clients in successfully completing their vocational responsibilities
- Organize supplies and equipment in assigned program area
- Maintain proper documentation including client time sheets and quarterly vocational summaries Skills Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury Excellent communication skills for client communication and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse communities Experience in coaching, mentoring, training & development within workforce or social service settings Skilled in case management, client advocacy, and working with individuals from various backgrounds
