Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Humble, TX area for the following position: Clinical Educator. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Clinical Educator, Clinical Instructor, Diabetes educator, Nursing Professor, or Preceptor. Medical, Medical, PTO, PTO, Teaching Hospital Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Master's Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred Experience in education and staff development Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification a plus
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education Conduct regular assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps within the nursing team Collaborate with healthcare professionals, department managers, and administrative staff to ensure that educational initiatives align with hospital policies and procedures Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in nursing care Maintain accurate records of educational activities, and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback surveys and other metrics
