You will be expected to role model critical thinking, sound nursing judgment, effective communication and strong teamwork. To be successful in this role you must possess advanced clinical expertise specific to neonatal care, a deep understanding of evidence-based practice, and proven abilities in collaboration, consultation, education, mentoring, and change leadership.
