Description Join UCLA Health and serve as the clinical nursing leader for the Liver & Intestinal Transplant Program within a Magnet

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) provides advanced clinical expertise, consultation, education, mentorship, and leadership to promote excellence in patient care, nursing practice, and outcomes. Working collaboratively with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams, the CNS develops, implements, and evaluates evidence-based care strategies, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development programs. This role influences practice across the patient/family, nursing, and organizational spheres while advancing transplant nursing through innovation, education, and clinical excellence.
Salary:
$144,400
  • $341,800 Annually Qualifications CA RN
  • REQUIRED. CA CNS
  • REQUIRED National certification in area of specialty
  • REQUIRED. CNS
    Advanced Practice Certification preferred. Master's in Nursing
  • REQUIRED
    Minimum 5-years recent RN experience, including 3-years recent RN experience in clinical specialty
REQUIRED
One year CNS experience in clinical specialty preferred.
