Responsibilities for a Clinical Specialist with
Phoebe Allentown:
Performs a variety of duties relating to infection control and wound management program. Work with the Director of Nursing in establishing specific goals for the department; making recommendations and approving clinical outcomes. Analyzes data to identify trends and patterns, prepare reports for QAPI, conduct surveillance, make conclusions and recommendations to Director of Nursing and NHA when necessary for Infection Control and wound improvement measures. Requirements for a Clinical Specialist with
Phoebe Allentown:
The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers. Minimum two (2) years' experience in a related position is required. Graduate of an approved school of nursing; current Pennsylvania license to practice as a Registered Nurse. Certifications in Wound management and infection control.
