Quality Manager Representative QMR

Job Description

Maintains quality assurance objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals. Reviews data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures. Prepares for annual ISO 9001 and 2015 certifications and audits. Ensure company quality records are current and accurate based on internal processes. Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes. Prepares and presents technical and programming information to the management team Verifies that equipment, materials, and services consistently meet required performance standards. Maintains knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards. Designs and implements quality assurance training programs and education to key personnel in conjunction with managers, including internal audits. Oversees the investigative and resolution of customer complaints regarding technical or quality issues. Manages damaged and missing items procedure including creating es and interfacing with customer technical support personnel. This is a contract only position
