Position Overview The MDS Director will oversee all clinical reimbursement operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal PDPM performance across the organization's skilled nursing facilities. This is an on‑site leadership role responsible for guiding facility‑based MDS teams, strengthening documentation practices, and partnering closely with clinical and administrative leadership to support resident‑centered care.

Full Benefits Key Responsibilities MDS Leadership — Direct and manage the full RAI/MDS process, ensuring timely and accurate assessments and submissions. PDPM Optimization — Oversee PDPM accuracy, reimbursement strategy, and supporting documentation. Interdisciplinary Collaboration — Work closely with nursing, therapy, social work, and administrative teams to ensure comprehensive resident assessments. Compliance & Quality Assurance — Maintain adherence to federal/state regulations and internal quality standards; conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
