Director of Marketing Lakewood, NJ $150,000 10:00 AM-3:00 PM About the Role A growing fashion/apparel company is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead its established in-house marketing department. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can bring together strategy, team leadership, creative direction, and execution . The ideal candidate has managed a full marketing team in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn business goals into a comprehensive marketing strategy—and ensure that strategy is executed successfully. The company has an in-house marketing team, including a photographer and stylist , and is looking for a strong leader to provide structure, direction, accountability, and strategic vision across the department. Responsibilities Lead, manage, and provide strategic direction to the in-house marketing team. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business and growth goals. Oversee marketing across social media, graphic design, digital advertising, e-commerce, photography, and brand campaigns . Plan and execute campaigns from concept through completion, including photoshoots, creative assets, digital rollout, and follow-through. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, workflows, and accountability across the marketing team. Manage projects, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables through Monday.com . Ensure campaigns are cohesive across all channels and aligned with the brand. Collaborate closely with leadership on marketing priorities and business strategy. Track campaign performance and use results to continuously improve marketing initiatives. Balance high-level strategic planning with the ability to step in and drive execution when needed. Qualifications Proven experience leading and managing an established marketing team . Strong understanding of the full marketing landscape, including social media, creative/graphic design, Google Ads, digital marketing, e-commerce, and campaign strategy . Experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong project-management skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple initiatives running simultaneously . Experience with Monday.com and Shopify . Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva . Strong leadership, communication, organization, and follow-through. Both strategic and execution-oriented —able to create the plan, lead the team, and make sure it gets done. Pay:
