Glance:

The Community Outreach Navigator serves as a central support with a wide range of ages. This staff member will provide crisis intervention, one-on-one support, psycho-social prevention education and trauma-informed training to staff. This staff member is responsible for assisting individuals to develop and implement their personal wellness program by providing support, education, and motivation.

Responsibilities:

Provides one-on-one community-based support to a caseload of members Leads psycho-social prevention & wellness groups Assists with crisis intervention with walk-in visitors Administers trauma-informed training to team at Resource Center Works collaboratively with team to support individual service plans Provides accurate documentation of contact with members

Qualifications:

Minimum of 21-year of age Bachelor's degree in related field plus one year of relevant experience

Preferred:

Personal Training Certification Valid AZ driver's license, and Motor Vehicle clearance Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card
