Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments, providing tailored psychotherapy and group therapy for clients from diverse backgrounds. Offer consultation services to address a range of mental health needs, identifying appropriate therapeutic interventions. Implement and participate in outreach activities to engage the community and promote mental health resources. Provide crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments, particularly concerning suicidal ideation, and arrange for hospitalization when necessary. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance client outcomes. Maintain compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards in clinical practice, ensuring the highest level of care. Engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities to keep abreast of the latest practices in social work and mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with a youthful and diverse population, including adolescents and college-age individuals, who navigate various mental health challenges. Our clinic serves clients who may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. Your role will entail fostering trusting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood in a safe environment. Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work and a current LCSW license are required. We will also consider candidates with a fully licensed LMHC certification. A minimum of three years of post-master's clinical experience, with a strong background in case management. Proficiency in treating a diverse adolescent and college population, demonstrating sensitivity to various cultural and socio-economic factors. Strong understanding of crisis intervention techniques and their practical application. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from
USD 115,000
to
USD 130,000
annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
