Bachelor's degree in Public Health , Social Sciences, Public Administration or related field from an accredited college or university; minimum of three years experience in coordinating outreach or working with lower income or otherwise marginalized populations required . An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
