Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, or related field required. 1 - 3years previous experience working with social services or with non-profit organizations preferred. Experience working with diverse populations and training in trauma informed care and/or poverty or homelessness issues required. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Must possess current CPR and First Aid certificate or be able to obtain within six months of hire. Must possess a valid driver's license. This position is subject to the City's drug screening.
