Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written. Demonstrated comfort explaining technology to non-technical users with patience and clarity. Willingness to complete Renacer community health worker training and pursue the Florida Certification Board Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW) credential, an entry-level credential requiring a diploma or GED and a passing examination score. Valid Florida driver license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties. Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening. Working proficiency with spreadsheets, including sorting, filtering, and formulas, and demonstrated attention to detail in recordkeeping.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree or technical certificate in information technology, health information management, data analytics, or a related field. Familiarity with SQL or another database query language. Prior experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, or community-based setting, including exposure to client confidentiality requirements. Prior community health worker experience or an existing CCHW credential. Answer user inquiries regarding software or hardware operation and resolve problems in person, by telephone, or electronically. Read technical documentation, confer with users, and run diagnostics to investigate and resolve reported issues. Set up equipment for staff use, including installation of cables, operating systems, and applications. Perform routine data entry, validation, deduplication, and correction across client and program record systems. Build and run queries and recurring reports supporting program monitoring, funder reporting, and grant deliverables. Monitor daily system performance, verify that scheduled backups complete, and escalate failures to senior technical staff. Maintain records of support requests, data corrections, and the reasons for each change. Develop training materials and train staff in accurate data entry and in the proper use of Renacer systems. Assist individuals and families with applications for health coverage and social services, including Medicaid and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).Provide interpretation, translation, and cultural mediation between community members and health and social service providers. Assess individual and community needs for health education and social services and record findings in the client record system. Advise clients and community groups on access to services and support parental understanding of childhood immunization schedules and access points. Support development of individual and family service plans and document progress toward stated goals. Relay client feedback to health service providers to improve service accessibility and cultural responsiveness. Employer will conduct Level 2 background and drug test

THIS POSITION IS A SUBSIDIZED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM. MUST MEET ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT

(WIOA) PROGRAM.

Job Schedule:

Standard schedule is 40 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend hours for community events.

Salary:

$ 50,000 Annually/$24.27
