Job Description
We are seeking
- _Community Health Workers_
- with background knowledge of health promotion in the Korean community and can be recommended by participating ethnic (Korean) churches in the greater Washington area.
- Work Location
- + Korean ethnic churches in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.
- Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- + Lead ethnic church-based hearing screening outreach events which include evenings and weekends.
- Minimum Qualifications
- + High school diploma or graduation equivalent. + Six months of related experience. + Additional education may substitute for required experience to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Bilingual skills (English and Korean).
- Technical qualifications or specialized certifications
- + Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
