Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Clubhouse Generalist to support adults living with mental health challenges in building social, educational, and employment skills. This position helps create a welcoming, recovery-focused environment while assisting members with personal goals, community involvement, and vocational activities. Responsibilities Lead clubhouse work units such as food service, clerical, retail, or other skill-building activities Support members in developing social, vocational, and independent living skills Use person-centered and motivational interviewing approaches to help members achieve goals Connect members with community resources, employment opportunities, and support services Assist with community outreach and social activities Transport members to services Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with 2-4 years of relevant experience Experience in mental health, social services, or community programs preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel) Requirements Ability to transport members and travel locally when needed Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Chauffeur's license preferred (we will assist in obtaining).
