Compensation:

$25 - $27/Hour Provide culturally appropriate outreach, enrollment, and navigation services to anyone eligible for the Healthier Oregon Program.

09/11/2026 What You'll Do Provide participants with enrollment, redetermination, and navigation services throughout Clackamas, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, and Washington counties. Attend outreach events and track and document the number of individuals reached. Follow up with participants in order to assist them with ongoing system navigation. Who You Are Bilingual, bicultural English and Spanish is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be a Certified OHA Assister or become certified within 6 months of taking the position. Have a Community Health Worker certification or become certified within 6 months of taking the position. Supplemental Information Prior to a new hire, a background check, including criminal record history, will be conducted. Information from the background check will not necessarily preclude employment. This position requires the use of a personal vehicle and a minimum level of insurance coverage for that vehicle.

Minimum Coverage Amount:
