Key Responsibilities Work directly with clients in both office and community settings, providing assessments, therapy, and support to those experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances. Conduct brief, evidence-based, and developmentally appropriate screenings; coordinate more detailed assessments as necessary to better understand client needs. Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that incorporate services from various providers and support networks. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the presenting issues and client requests. Assist in crisis intervention efforts, intervening as necessary to stabilize client situations and connect them to appropriate resources. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical guidelines while maintaining accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions.
