Minimum Education Requirement Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program required or Bachelor of Social Work (BSN) with significant relevant experience may be considered. Minimum Experience Requirement Minimum two (2) years of social work experience in a healthcare, hospital, or community health setting preferred. Experience with geriatric populations, long-term care navigation, or community health access programs strongly preferred. Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, PACE, and South Carolina assistance programs highly desirable. Minimum License Requirement Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of South Carolina in good standings, required at time of hire. Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) preferred; supervision toward LISW available if eligible.
