Sirius Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Community Health Specialist for a long-term contract role in Chattanooga, TN. As a Community Health Specialist, you will help improve the health and well-being of Hamilton County residents by supporting community outreach programs, providing health education, connecting individuals with available resources, and building relationships with community organizations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people and making a positive impact within the community. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support community health and wellness programsConduct outreach events, presentations, and health education initiativesAssist with case management, referrals, and coordination of servicesBuild partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizationsSupport prevention and intervention programsMaintain accurate documentation and program recordsParticipate in community events and public outreach activitiesAssist with planning and evaluating community health programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Human Services, Social Work, Health Education, or a related field (preferred)Associate degree with relevant experience may also be consideredExperience in community outreach, healthcare, public health, or social servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and documentation abilitiesMicrosoft Office proficiencyValid driver's licenseBilingual English/Spanish required Sirius Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
