A Contact Tracer is a public health worker who identifies persons who may have come into contact with an infected person (contacts) and subsequent collection of further information about these contacts. The aim is to reduce infections in the population by tracing the contacts of infected individuals, testing them for infection, isolating or treating the infected and tracing their contacts in turn.

Crisis Service Provider Part Time
ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONS and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide crisis services Conduct daily recovery-based activities Provide routine check-ins with individuals, leaving no one unattended Teach daily living skills Assist individuals in connecting with community resources Provide transportation as needed Documentation Complete all required paperwork for billing and audit needs Maintain a written record of individuals' progress same day of service Communication Identify problematic trends and aid in problem solving Build relationships with all departments to aid in communication flow—focus on Compass as a whole
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Age 18+ years old and have High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Reliable, responsible, flexible Ability to interact with and respond appropriately to emergency situations
