The aim is to reduce infections in the population by tracing the contacts of infected individuals, testing them for infection, isolating or treating the infected and tracing their contacts in turn.

Must be willing to work in Allegany, NY Availability to work Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm & Friday 9am-1pm Reliable transportation Willingness to clock in/out electronically Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Job Responsibilities:

Provide emotional support and companionship to identified members Active listening and conversation Engage members in ongoing social interaction, activities, or movement Games, puzzles, arts and crafts, reading aloud, watching TV/movies together Spend time with the member for the duration of the shift Alert nurses when the individual needs help or clinical intervention Adhere to the facility's policies and standards
