Blended Case Manager (BCM) Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in the mental health sector. We offer a fulfilling career path complemented by a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
Starting Pay and Compensation:
Base weekly pay plus bonus For hours over 27 billable hours weekly: $30 bonus per hour For billable hours beyond 32 weekly: $40.00 bonus per hour Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $40,000 to $50,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication. Benefits & Additional Incentives Beyond the above

Requirements:
We welcome all candidates who align with the following criteria: Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or , Registered nurse ; or , High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers Embark on a rewarding journey with Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center, where your efforts contribute to substantial positive change in mental health care across Pennsylvania.
