Full-time 30-40 Hours, Monday- Friday 8:00AM
- 5:00PM, Nights 5:00PM
- 8:00PM as needed (coverage for team when needed), Saturdays 12:30PM
- 6:00PM rotation (6-8 week rotation), Sundays on-call rotation (6-8 week rotation), Holidays rotation

Responsible for transposing voice messages accurately into EClinicalWorks and Epic (EMR). Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume office environment. Will assist with patient communication via various communication tools. Supervised by Triage Admin Coordinator. Responsibilities Monitoring PerfectServe voicemails and transpose calls to EClinicalWorks with superb accuracy including proper spelling and grammar for high call volume practice Parkside Pediatrics, along with Parkside Family Medicine, and Parkside Behavioral Health. Will be required to call back callers if no patient demographics are left on voicemails to verify account information per HIPAA guidelines. Monitoring PerfectServe voicemails during after-hours and transpose calls into Epic with superb accuracy including proper spelling and grammar for Parkside OBGYN. Will be required to call back callers if no patient demographics are left on voicemails to verify account information per HIPAA guidelines. Completing daily administrative tasks including but not limited to assisting with Web Portal Messages, writing and sending patient letters while being able to multitask entering nurse calls. Required to rotate weekends/holidays. Saturday and Holiday shifts will consist of monitoring PerfectServe voicemails and transposing calls for Parkside Pediatrics, Parkside Family Medicine, Parkside OBGYN. Will also be required to check the out of office visit box and schedule any Newborn Encounters that have been discharged from local hospitals in a timely manner. Depending on volume will be required to complete other daily administrative tasks while on duty. Sunday shifts are on-call hours from 8a-5p and are used primarily if our after-hours nurses need next assistance during high call volume. Attending team development meetings and training throughout the year, including quarterly team retreats. Other duties as assigned. Comply with all HIPAA regulationsRequired Skills, Education, & Certifications:
At least 1 year of customer service experience is required. Medical office experience preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills with customer service focus required. Strong team-oriented mindset. Comfortable with computer skills and typing. Minimum education requirements- High School Diploma or GED.
