On-Call Coordinator - Remote Sunny Days In-Home Care is looking for dependable, organized, and responsive individuals to join our team as On-Call Coordinators . This fully remote position provides after-hours support to our clients, caregivers, and management team and helps ensure issues are handled promptly and professionally. Available Schedules Shift 1:

Sunday-Wednesday Sunday:

12:00 AM-11:59

PM Monday-Wednesday:

5:00 PM-8:00 AM Shift 2:

Thursday-Saturday Thursday-Friday:

5:00 PM-8:00

AM Saturday:

12:00 AM-11:59 PM Responsibilities Working alongside Zingage AI to manage after-hours needs Communicating with clients, caregivers, On-Call team members, and management Responding to caregiver call-offs and other scheduling concerns Assisting with client and caregiver questions or concerns Handling emergencies and escalating situations to management when necessary Managing and documenting incidents appropriately Completing accurate documentation in WellSky Ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the assigned on-call period Following Sunny Days policies and procedures when handling after-hours situations What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Be dependable and responsive during all assigned on-call hours Have strong communication and problem-solving skills Be comfortable handling urgent or unexpected situations Be organized and able to document information accurately Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when communicating with clients and caregivers Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment Join our team as a Remote On-Call Coordinator and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, responsive care that enhances the quality of life for our clients around the clock!
