A Contact Tracer is a public health worker who identifies persons who may have come into contact with an infected person (contacts) and subsequent collection of further information about these contacts. The aim is to reduce infections in the population by tracing the contacts of infected individuals, testing them for infection, isolating or treating the infected and tracing their contacts in turn.

Job Description
Remote Support Professionals provide remote support to persons served through active monitoring and emergency response. This position is based in a designated Big Lakes location and may be deployed to provide needed supports. You have the unique opportunity to build lasting relationship by facilitating an environment to promote greater independence while also ensuring welfare, health, and safety of persons supported are maintained by responding in-person as needed.
