The Technical Lead will oversees and administers various tests, ensuring quality assurance within their respective service line(s). The role involves significant responsibilities in quality control, proficiency testing, College of American Pathologists (CAP) inspection readiness, communication, training, and competency validation. The Technical Lead performs tasks and tests under limited supervision and acts as a mentor and/or trainer for all team members.
