Qualifications:

• + Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a life science field + ASCP required + 2 years of prior experience in a medical or clinical laboratory setting. + BLS through the AHA

• Core Skills:

• + Expert use of advanced microscopes to screen and study thousands of cells on a single slide.

+ Exceptional visual focus to spot tiny, abnormal cell changes that signal disease. + Strong understanding of human anatomy, cellular biology, and safe laboratory staining methods. + Clear reporting of findings to pathologists and other medical team members. + Ability to sit and concentrate for long hours while performing repetitive, precise visual checks.
