We're looking for a patient-centered, team-driven Endodontic Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced specialty environment, values clinical excellence, and understands that calm, confident support can transform a patient's experience. What You'll Do Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures Prepare patients and operatories with efficiency and attention to detail Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral images Maintain accurate charting and documentation Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, OSHA, and CDC standards Support seamless handoffs with the front office team Help create a calm, supportive experience for every patient Who You Are Patient-focused, dependable, and team-oriented Calm and confident with anxious patients Detail-driven with strong clinical and organizational skills Motivated to learn and grow in a specialty practice Requirements Dental Assistant experience required (Endodontic experience preferred) Digital radiography experience Strong communication and computer skills
