We are a patient-focused general dentistry practice providing comprehensive family and cosmetic dental care . We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building relationships with patients, and wants to be part of a positive, team-oriented office. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, professional, and compassionate with patients Reliable, punctual, and dependable A strong team player with a positive attitude Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable communicating with both patients and team members Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment Willing to learn and grow with our practice Someone who genuinely enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of general and cosmetic dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations Assist with patient records and clinical documentation Maintain infection control and sterilization standards Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment Provide excellent patient care and chairside support Help with patient flow and maintaining an efficient schedule Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment and post-operative instructions Assist with laboratory procedures and case preparation as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Perform other clinical and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification preferred Experience with digital radiography and dental practice management software is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements We are willing to train the right person.
