If you enjoy building relationships with patients and families while working alongside a collaborative team, we'd love to meet you! $15-$19 per hour , based on experience and qualifications What You'll Do Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques Apply pit and fissure sealants Take dental X-rays as needed Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene Help ensure smooth, efficient patient flow from reception to treatment Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient What We're Looking For Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification, or the ability to obtain certification Previous dental assisting experience preferred A proactive, patient-first mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, professional attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish-speaking candidates, are strongly encouraged to apply Schedule 32 to 37 hours per week

Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Every other

Friday:
