Seeking a Positive & Energetic Pediatric / Orthodontic Dental Assistant We are a busy, growing pediatric dental office looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to join our fun, supportive, and team-oriented practice. Primary Job Duties Include:
Dental Assistants Clean, prepare, package, and sterilize instruments. Clean treatment areas; disinfect equipment. Setup for dental procedures. Assist with Dental treatments and radiographs (x-rays) as instructed. Take and record dental histories and patient records. Responsible for keeping treatment areas, lab and sterilization neat and organized. Instruct patients in oral hygiene and perform rubber cup cleanings after certified.
  • Willing to learn on your own time with required manuals and take required testing for certifications.
  • Work chair-side with Doctor assisting in dental procedures.
  • Become qualified to observe sedated patients during dental procedures.
