One of our amazing dental assistants recently left us for a pretty great reason—he was accepted into dental school! Now we're looking for another talented, motivated RDA to join our team. We are a busy, modern dental practice that takes pride in providing exceptional dentistry while creating an outstanding experience for our patients. What You'll Do As an RDA on our team, you'll work closely with our doctors and play an important role in both the clinical care and overall experience of our patients. You'll have the opportunity to: Assist chairside during a wide variety of procedures, including restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, endodontics, and prosthodontics. We see very little pedo. and do not do dentures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials so the clinical day runs smoothly and efficiently. Take high-quality digital radiographs while following all required safety protocols. Work with modern dental technology, including digital imaging and 3D scanning. Educate patients about treatment, procedures, and post-operative care in a way that helps them feel comfortable and confident. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Follow excellent sterilization, infection-control, and OSHA standards. Anticipate the doctor's needs and help keep procedures running efficiently through strong four-handed dentistry. Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams to create an exceptional patient experience. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who is : A Registered Dental Assistant with current required certifications/licensure. Experienced in chairside dental assisting. Comfortable taking dental radiographs. Knowledgeable about sterilization and infection-control procedures. Comfortable learning and using dental technology and practice-management software. Organized, dependable, and able to stay one step ahead in a busy clinical environment. Professional and confident, while also being warm and compassionate with patients. A strong team player who is willing to jump in and help when needed. Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to continue growing professionally.
