Responsibilities include:

Chairside assisting with restorative, cosmetic and general dentistry Crowns, onlays, bridges, root canals and extractions Invisalign and other advanced procedures Digital X-rays and intraoral scanning Treatment room setup and breakdown Instrument sterilization and infection control Preparing materials and anticipating the doctor's needs Maintaining accurate clinical notes and patient records Educating and reassuring patients throughout their appointments Keeping the clinical area organized and running efficiently

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has 5+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Holds current Arizona radiography/X-ray certification Is confident and efficient chairside Has strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Is comfortable with digital dental technology Has excellent patient communication skills Is dependable, organized and detail-oriented Can multitask in a busy practice Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Works well with doctors and teammates Wants to build a long-term career with one practice Bonus Skills Experience with any of the following is a plus: EFDA Coronal polishing Invisalign Digital scanning CAD/CAM Same-day crowns Dental lasers Schedule This is a full-time position with a varied schedule. The schedule includes a combination of traditional and early/late days, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
